NEHA acknowledges with sadness the recent passing of NEHA member and former executive officer Peter Holloran (1947-2023). Dr. Holloran was a Vietnam veteran and social historian in the area of 19th century American History, including the history of child welfare services, history of immigration and labor movements, and the American Civil War.
